I was recently called as the craft person for Enrichment nights at my ward. I have been assigned to specific months with specific themes. This first month was a Valentine's Day craft. I found a super easy peasy craft on one of my favorite blogs U-Create Crafts. I decided to add to it and am super happy with how they turned out. I had four different word choices: BE MINE, SWEET HEART, LOVE YOU, and CUTIE PIE. We had a great turn out of 15 people. I'm super excited about my new calling and can't wait for the craft I have planned for April!
The craft ended up being $1.70 a piece.
These are so cute! I would love for you to link up to my Sew Crafty Party & Giveaway!

ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm arriving late at the party here, but I have a question- I can see you're using Scrabble letters, but where did you get the supply of tiles needed to make the craft? If you had 15 sisters show up, that's kind of a lot of tiles needed! We did a fun craft for February as well, but I'd like to keep this in mind for next year (if I'm still the RS Pres by then! Maybe they'll have "kicked me out" before then). How often does your ward do crafts vs. other ideas?
