Go Shorty It's Your Birthday!!

Today is my Birthday. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I'm turning the big 28. That means that I have two more years before I'm 30. It also means that I've been graduated from High School for 10 years. It doesn't seem like it's been that long to me. Part of my silly head still forgets that NSYNC could possibly ever break up. They were going to be "bigger than the Beach Boys" right?! There is also a part of me that has a hard time acting as old as I am. I still think I'm this young, hip, cool person. Then I look in the mirror and notice all my gray hairs. What?! The young and hip part of myself has a hard time believing that I can already be getting those. Next comes my list of  accomplishments in my 28 years. I'm not at all where I thought I would be. I do have to say that where I'm at now is far better than what I would've pictured. 

Getting older is something I guess we all have to do at some point. Since there isn't much I can do but celebrate I'm deeming it national ice cream day! Go treat yourself to a bowl of  your favorite flavor! I also thought it would be fun to give you some random facts about the grand ole year of my birth...1983.
